HUNGARIAN DANCE ACADEMY:
The ballet was created by FODOR Antal for the company of the Hungarian State Opera House, the premiere being in 1974. Now the Hungarian Dance Academy restages the piece with the support of the National Cultural Fund.
EUROPABALLETT ST. PÖLTEN:
Music: Jon HASSELL and Brian ENO
Empty Place, created for music recordings by Jon HASSELL and Brian ENO with lyrics by Laurie ANDERSON, may be described as one of Renato zanella's finest works. He has implemented therein those feelings that a person may feel who experiences the silence of the desert for the first time.
Choreography: Raphael BIANCO
The rivers have always divided but also unified countries, and created communication between cultures.
KECSKEMÉT CITY BALLET:
Choreographer: BARTA Dóra
DANCE AND ART GRAMMAR SCHOOL OF GYŐR:
Music: Ludwig MINKUS
Corps de ballet:
Paquita-suite by Marius PETIPA was first presented in Russia in 1847. The ballet is known worldwide as Paquita grand pas classique.
Music: Ezio BOSSO
Dancers: NEHER Anita and VARSÁNYI Zoé Szonja (class 13)
The piece shows the connection between the id (instincts) and the ego (reality). The ego mediates between the internal desires and the external real world. The ego is struggling to control the impulses and unconscious desires of the id.~
ART GRAMMAR SCHOOL AND VOCATIONAL GRAMMAR SCHOOL OF PÉCS:
Composer: Dustin O’HALLORAN
The dance faculty of the Secondary School of Art in Pécs is one of the most important professional backgrounds of the Hungarian dance artist training with a decade-long outstanding arts education. Dancers completing their studies here are to become members of leading dance ensembles in Hungary. KIS Jana is our 11th grade student. The beauty of pure dance, the dynamics of movements, and the atmospheric power of comprehensible form and music characterizes her solo.
Music: P. I. TCHAIKOVSKY
„I wanted to create something different on this amazing music and I took men to perform this solo well known as part for woman. This solo is a solo of Rothbart in our production which we did for Silvester this year and show how sensitive he is and how sensitive and real men can be as well.“
Music: Fryderik CHOPIN (Prelude in D flat Major, Op.28 No.15,)
”Chopin is very melodramatic for me and same also this topic is ……is about feeling to be alone or loose someone or to be miss understood those are key emotions to fact that person is sitting by table on other side empty chair and many option for public to think what is going on ….one thing is for sure that person have lost someone for ever.”
GÓBI DANCE COMPANY presents
Choreography and dance: GÓBI Rita
GÓBI Rita’s performance presents the intermediate state of "already not here" and "not there yet", by guiding us in the world of metamorphosis. For this production SZEGŐ Dávid composed the music by using Morse code sounds and noise sounds, both acoustic and electronic - these are landmarks for the dance performance designed from minimalist tools which lead to a full theatrical presence.
Volitant received the Special Prize at Festival 10 Sentidos organized in Valencia, May 2017. The performance is included in the Aerowaves Twenty18 list and also received the LÁBÁN Rudolf Award in Hungary.

BÁLINT Sebestyén – BALLET COMPANY OF GYŐR:
Dance drama in one act
Assistant: Artem POZDEEV
Antigone - Tatiana SHIPILOVA
According to the choreographer's concept, the piece is based on Antigone, Sophocles' timeless drama. The story depicts the connection between siblings, which, in love, lasts until death, or, in the case of existing conflict, may actually lead there. What may overwrite justice between the two brothers - or, in effect, between two humans? What is truth? Who decides who right and who is wrong? Is it God? Or man? Heart? Or reason? In light of this, the dance is set in this day and age, in a power-hungry dictatorship, where the connection between siblings is powerless against a blind ideology.
